Our Process

We believe in transparency, so we communicate frequently and collaborate with you every step of the way.

Initial Meeting

We start by getting to know you, your beliefs, values and aspirations. We also want you to get to know us and what we stand for. We meet as many times as necessary, and if we mutually decide that we can be great partners and that UVP can add value to your practice, we take the next step.

Evaluation

Once a non-disclosure agreement is signed and we receive some preliminary information, we start the evaluation process. Using the information at hand, we craft a term sheet that includes a valuation of your practice.

Due Diligence

Following agreement on the terms of an affiliation, a letter of intent is signed and we enter a more thorough due diligence phase. We work closely with you and your team throughout this phase to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

Closing

After due diligence is completed and the legal documents are signed, we close our transaction and the agreed upon proceeds are transferred. Throughout this process, we’ve been preparing for our future together. Now it’s time to start the journey!
