Kush Agarwal joined the Board of Directors of Unifeye Vision Partners in 2017. He has significant experience leading, acquiring, expanding, and marketing healthcare services businesses. For over 20 years, Mr. Agarwal was President and CEO of Vein Clinics of America, the leading operator of physician practices in the treatment of vein disorders in the United States. He also served as an investor, board member and strategic advisor for Center for Vein Restoration, the second largest operator of vein clinics in the country. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development for Foster Medical Home Health Care, and Senior Associate and Strategy Consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

In addition to his role as a member of the board of UVP, Mr. Agarwal also serves as a board member for Pardada Pardadi Education Society, a not-for-profit organization devoted to women’s empowerment in rural India through educational/vocational training and other social services.

Mr. Agarwal has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
