Chris Graber, a Partner, joined WCP in 2005 as an Associate. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking group of Robert W. Baird & Co. in Chicago, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions and equity financings in the healthcare, consumer and business services industries. Mr. Graber also worked as an Administrative Fellow at a 500-bed community hospital in the Chicago area prior to rejoining Waud Capital Partners in 2010 as a Vice President.
He currently serves on the Board of Cordant Health Solutions (f/k/a Sterling Healthcare Holdings), Pharmacy Partners, and Unifeye Vision Partners. Previously, he served as a member of the Board of Acadia Healthcare Company (NASDAQ: ACHC), ProNerve and The Center for Vein Restoration, and as an observer of the Board of Cogent Healthcare (f/k/a Hospitalists Management Group) and CarePoint Partners.
In addition to his roles at WCP, Mr. Graber serves as a board member of the Chicago Association of Private Equity Executives (CAPEX) and previously served as a member of the Chicago area Regent’s Advisory Council of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Mr. Graber holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and an M.B.A., with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
